Pre-Maintenance Preparation

Record total hours of all personnel working on this task (include travel, setup, cleanup)

AC Inspection
Verify all GFCI outlets are functioning
Verify all heaters are functioning
Inspect all receptacles, wall switches, cover plates, and lighting
Battery Maintenance
Clean, inspect and load test all batteries
Verify chargers are functioning
Terminal Maintenance
Verify all wiring, switches, and cleanliness of all panels
Inspect personnel safeties – lanyards, photo eyes, buttons etc.
Lift Calibration
Verify Drive current output, drive torque proving, drive safety setpoints, acceleration/deceleration setpoints
Verify drive speed and safeties. 110% and 115% overspeed test
Verify Auxiliary and Evacuation drive speeds and safeties
Lift safety and stop string calibration
Verify operation and annunciation of all stop and safety switches
Verify operation and functioning of Anti-Collision system
Verify correct operation of tensioning system safeties
