Restocking
Restock all napkin holders
Restock all straws
Restock backroom beers/sodas from overstock at HQ
Restock to go utensils, napkins, boxes, and bags
Cleaning and Sanitizing
Wipe down all seating areas
Sanitize all terminals, handhelds, cash drawers, and door handles
Windex doors
Clean restrooms
Bar and Kitchen Maintenance
Refill ice wells
Check and replace dishwashing chemicals
Catch up on bar dishes
Prep bar products
Change sanitizer buckets
Food and Beverage Preparation
Manage sauces
Make back-up frescas
Pull lemonade from freezer
Manage salsa and guac
General Maintenance
Sweep restaurant areas
Restock/FIFO sodas/beers in windowed coolers
Take out all trash
Rinse and soak glass bottles used for juice
Ensure register side sink is clean
Final Checks
Polish water cups from lunch service
Refill water station with fresh ice water
Wipe down expo hot food window
Wipe down black keg cooler doors and countertop
Wash, dry, and polish silverware
Check log book and terminal screen for messages
