Ensure all energy sources are properly locked out and tagged out.
Verify that all safety guards are in place and functional.
AC Inspection
Inspect all AC components
Are all heaters functioning?
Battery Maintenance
Are all chargers functioning?
Brake Pump Motor
Follow manufacturer’s recommendations for brake pump motor maintenance
Document any specific actions taken.

Test emergency and safety functions
Control Functions Test
Test control functions
Electronic Speed-Regulated Drive Monitoring Test
Test drive monitoring functions
Low Voltage Control Circuit Inspection
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
Motor Control Inspection

Record values using a 500V MEG-Ohm meter.

Smoke Alarm Inspection
