FIFO all products by date

Clean bar cooler windows inside/out with glass cleaner

Pull out the Draft tower drain rack and soak drain with hot water

Clean draft spouts, cap with brushes, and wipe down all keg fridge doors inside/out

Wipe down back counters and wash any dirty bar tools/dishes

Sanitize the bar terminal, wipe down the cash drawer, bar/guest receipt printers

Pull/wash bar mats from the front bar, in front of liquor tower, and the one for dirty glassware

Empty the bar dump bucket in the alley dumpster, run through the kitchen dishwasher, and bring it back out front

Wipe out bar sink

Turn off the bar cooler lights

Wash all bar mats from the clean and dirty dish rack areas, and replace once the areas are cleaned

Pull the bar dishwasher handled strainer, spray it off in the kitchen dish station, and replace in the dishwasher once clean

Turn off the bar dishwasher

Flip all 12 bar stools onto the bar after it has been cleaned

Flip all chairs onto the table tops

Pull all well/display liquor and put away in the liquor cabinet, lock the cabinet

Pull puck lights from all the liquor shelves and set to charge overnight

Pull the 4 liquor cabinet lights to charge

Pull fruit garnish cups, individually wrap, put them in the bar cooler, empty the ice, and wash the garnish tray

Make sure all salt rims are lightly covered for the night

Put juice from well caddies in the fridge, wash both caddies, and replace when clean

Rinse empty glass juice bottles, add bleach, and fill with water for overnight soak

Burn off the ice in the bar well, spray with bleach water mix, wipe the entire well inside out

Run hot water through the soda gun drain, pull spout off the soda gun and soak both in warm water overnight

Dump sanitizer water, run the bucket through with dishes, take towels to the laundry bags in the kitchen dish station

Turn off both TVs, both liquor tower lights, and the C75 light, replace the remotes in the glass receptacle

Pull the cash drawer and terminal checkout, follow Union instructions to count deposit, place cash with red keychain bar keys in the safe, lock the door

Take bar trash out to the dumpster, put fresh bags in the empty trash bins

Turn off the music

Turn off the expo heat lamp

Sweep and mop behind/under the back bar, dining room, and verde room

Do a full restaurant walk through, ensure all doors are locked, lights are off, and patio chairs/napkin holders are inside

Turn off all the string lights via the tablet, turn off Verde room lights by the switch, and street lights by the breaker box

Double check the kitchen door is locked once you are on the other side

Using the labeled tray, pull all the plants from the bar and main dining room to the patio bar for weekend sunlight
