Jaw Crusher-Bi Weekly Inspections
The aim is to assess the condition of key components, identify wear or damage, and confirm that the equipment operates safely and efficiently. Regular inspections help detect potential faults early, reduce unexpected downtime, and extend the crusher’s service life.

Clean the Entire Machine
Inspect fasteners for damage or looseness
Inspect for any blockage and abnormal wear
Lubricate all Bearings (150Hrs/ 1 shot)
Check jaw gap/output consistency and adjust for jaw knocking (2 mm Gap)
Measure and record jaw Shaft Bearing temperatures
Check and Record the Jaw Bearings Vibrations
Inspect V-belts/timing belts
Check pulleys, taper lock
Check suction, hoses, ports and visible dust leakage
Check RSD Feeder & Motor Cracks /abnormal
Check the safety Switch's / interlocks
Check the Isolator Condition
Check the motor base bolts and vibration
Reord the motor Bearings Temperature
Reord the motor Bearings Vibrations
16.Reord the motor Current (A)
Checek the Power Supply (Voltage)
Check Connections (Any loose)
Check all Switch's & Push Buttons
Check for the Protective Earth Connection
Clean the Motor & Control Panel
