This turnover inspection is completed after cleaning to ensure the property is fully prepared for guest arrival. It covers all interior and exterior areas, verifying cleanliness, proper staging, functionality of fixtures and appliances, and guest-ready presentation throughout the home.

Kitchen sink and plumbing working without leaks & clean

New dish sponge at kitchen sink / dish and hand soap full and clean; fresh dish towel staged

Kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher) clean and functional

5 Snacks (mix of sweet & salty) & 4 waters staged

New or nicely staged Paper Towel roll and min 1 extra roll under sink; Windex and min 5 dishwasher pods under sink

Check desk, chairs, dining room table and chairs to make sure furniture is stable and clean

TV works and remote has working batteries (test TV with remote) | Antenna is by the TV

Living room surfaces are dusted; games & books organized; walls, light switch free of stains and fingerprints

Check under and behind all furniture, inside baskets and on shelves

Check thermostat (heat ON in winter set to 70 degrees; AC ON in summer set to 70 degrees)

Bedroom windows and latches in good condition, locked, and windowsills are clean

Check under beds, check drawers, check closet

Bedding clean, staged, pillows/blanket/2 sets of towels staged

Walls, ceiling, light switches and floor in good condition, and light bulbs operational

Shower Curtain: Both sides are clean, free of stains, and in good condition; please include photos of both sides.
