Vehicle Servicing Checklist

This procedure ensures that all vehicles undergo a comprehensive servicing evaluation covering engine oil, fluid levels, filters, brakes, tires, lighting, belts, and safety systems, maintaining reliable vehicle performance, preventing premature component wear, and supporting safe and compliant fleet operations through structured and thoroughly documented scheduled maintenance practices.

    Floor Service

    Mileage (Record in Folder also)

    Check Fluids- Make note if low, ask before topping off

    Check Vehicle and replace for:

    Lift Vehicle

    Use Auto Lift and further service. STOP if you have not utilized the auto lift, or do not feel comfortable fully doing so.

    Change Oil

    Inspect Under carriage

    Tread Depth- Also record in folder

    Brake Thickness- Also record in folder

    Final Notes

    Record anything out of the ordinary that was discovered during the service/ inspection of the vehicle, Or any needed repairs
