The procedure outlines the steps for creating and saving organization-wide filters by venue in MaintainX. It explains how to apply filters on the work order page, save them, and set visibility options so teams can access consistent, predefined views across the organization.

    Apply desired filters on Work Order Page.

    Press Save Filters, Input Name of Filter

    If Desired: Check Filter Visible Organization Wide before Submit

    Filter now listed under My Filters>Organization Filters
