Elevator Inspections and Maintenance

This procedure outlines the process for completing elevator inspections and maintenance, including verifying inspection certificates, service tags, and maintenance records. It ensures compliance with regulatory inspection requirements and proper documentation of elevator servicing history.

    Attach a photo of the most recent elevator inspection certificate (if you have more than one elevator, there should be a certificate for each car):

    Add or drag pictures

    When was the most recent inspection completed?

    Attach a photo of the most recent elevator service tag:

    Add or drag pictures

    When was the elevator last serviced?

    Select the correct option for the most recent INSPECTION

    if the answer is "oneOf [An inspection has been done within the last 12 months.]"

    Provide the name and contact for the vendor that performed the inspection:

    if the answer is "oneOf [An inspection has NOT been done within the last 12 months.]"

    RMs - What is the plan for getting the inspection completed?

    if the answer is "oneOf [An inspection has NOT been done within the last 12 months.]"

    AFTER the inspection has been completed, input the new date of completion.
