AGN-W-ESXi-DRA Shut Down Procedure

This procedure provides the controlled shutdown sequence for the AGN-W-ESXi-DRA environment, covering AGN-G-PROD-SCH1 and the DRA-1 and DRA-2 virtual machines, with power-off verification and snapshots at each step.
