Check error codes, look for leaks, ensure pressure for CH is between 17-26 PSI.

Boiler Area
Area is free of combustible materials, gasoline and other flammable vapors and liquids.
Verify area is clean from dust and obstructions.
Verify air intake are is free of any contaminants.
Piping
Water pipe (look for signs of leaking lines or corrosion)
Gas pipe (look for signs of leaking lines or corrosion)
Condensation Piping (look for signs of leaking lines or corrosion)
Condensate line is clear
Condensate drain pipe operates correctly (if used)
Venting
Verify boiler vent discharge and air intake is clean and free of obstructions. Check for leakage, damage or deformation of venting.
Boiler
Verify boiler is free from any abnomral situations such as error codes, loud noes, leakage or other potential issues. Record any abnormal findings below.
Error code or abnormal condition found
Check the pressure control on unit and external pressure gauge. Ensure they match and indicate a range between 17-26 PSI (this is for CH loop) If abnormal record below.
If PSI does not match or is outside of acceptable range record the PSI on each gauge below.
