• Damaged Screens or blinds (Charge to resident per lease agreement)

• Unauthorized use of YWCA electricity or pools

• Use of unacceptable type of air conditioner

• Noise or odor complaint

• Bicycle, stroller, scooter, furniture, etc. left in common area

• Repairing Vehicle (this is not allowed on site)

• Improperly stored items on deck or patio

• Personal items have overflowed into common area

• Property Damage

• Improper parking or parking in disabled or reserved space

• Improper disposal of diapers, cat litter or pet waste

• Replacement Keys needed too often
