Phase I Test

• Turning Fire Safety Key to ON. (DO NOT TURN TO FAR YOU CAN DAMAGE THE SWITCH)

• Leave in ON position while you perform PHASE II Test

Operate Car

• Pass
• Flag
• Fail

Test "CLOSE" Button

• Press and briefly hold "CLOSE " button then release . Door should close while button is held and return to open position when the button is released.

• Press and hold "CLOSE " button until door closes completely. Door should remain closed. If a floor was pressed above the elevator will proceed to that floor.

"CLOSE" Button Status

Test "OPEN REAR" Button

• Press and hold "OPEN REAR" button then release. Door should open while button is held and return to closed position when the button is released.

• Press and hold "OPEN REAR" button until door opens completely. Once the door is fully open it should remain open.

"OPEN REAR" Button Status

Test "HOLD" Feature

• With door OPEN turn key to "HOLD" position.

• Press a floor button. The numbers should not light up.

• Return key to "ON" Position

Test "CLOSE REAR" button

• Press and briefly hold "CLOSE REAR" button then release . Door should close while button is held and return to open position when the button is released.

• Press and hold "CLOSE REAR" button until door closes completely. Door should remain closed.

Test "CALL CANCEL BUTTON" and Status

• Pass
• Flag
• Fail

Test "OPEN" Button

• Press and hold "OPEN" button then release. Door should open while button is held and return to closed position when the button is released. (PEAK Feature)

• Press and hold "OPEN" button until door opens completely. Once the door is fully open it should remain open.

Turn off PHASAE I and reset alert status.

• Turn key past "OFF" to "RESET"

• Return key to ":OFF" position.

• Remove key
