This annual preventive maintenance template outlines the scheduled maintenance tasks and activities to be performed on the EC3 system on an annual basis.

EC3 ANNUAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE

Turn off gantry, conveyor, and computer and lock out power to the machine

Remove X-axis drive block covers

Use compressed air to remove dust and debris from the drive block

Lubricate tool head shafts using Eastman Lubricant 67-26009

Check drive belts and gears for signs of wear and replace if required

Check all shafts and pulleys, tighten pulleys set screws as needed

Manually move plotter to check for smooth force and listen for 'hard' spots
