Weekly Production Area Preventive Maintenance

Use this procedure for a weekly check on your production are specifically on robot tooling, vacuum systems and dust collection systems. This is needed to ensure your production operates properly.

    Robot Tooling- Ensure all tooling for robots are secure and in good condition.

    Robot Vacuum Systems - Change vacuum cups as necessary and clean out vacuum system

    Dust Collection Systems - Inspect ALL dust collection piping and pick up points for proper flow and operation

    Attachment for HSTS and HSGL Palletizer Tooling
