    Food Safety Pre-Check

    With the machine running, check the hood for airflow entering the machine.

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail
    if the answer is "oneOf [FAIL,FLAG]"

    Describe if no airflow or little airflow. If the fan is not working or is blowing the wrong direction, open a corrective WO request to repair or replace the fan.

    All hazardous energy has been isolated using LOTO procedures?

    All potential stored or residual energy has been relieved, disconnected, restrained, lowered, and/or otherwise rendered safe?

    Inspect the oil level on the front glass.

    Remove the intake filter and inspect for contamination. Upload a photo of the filter.

    Add or drag pictures

    Remove any residual dust inside the intake silencer (filter housing). Replace with a new filter if the intake filter maintenance indicator reading is -30 or greater.

    Inspect the belt guard.

    Inspect the machine/compressor oil level sight glass.

    Inspect the drive motor.

    Inspect discharge assembly and hood (cover).
