Mast Assembly
Check for damage, deformity, corrosion, etc.
Lift Chains and Rollers
Check for damage, deformity, breakages, etc.
Forks

Tyers/Rollers (as applicable)
Check for excessive wear, damage, etc.
Examine battery
Check for leaks, covers, connections, cables, etc.
Rear View Mirrors
Check for damage, cleanliness, are in place, etc.
Fire Extinguisher

Operational Checks

Test Standard Equipment
