Check all bearings for plastic buildup
Check correct operation of scrap winder, repair as req
Check hydraulic reservoir levels, fill as req
Check resin pump oil levels, fill or replace as req
Check resin pump filter, clean/replace as req
Check blender operation and condition, recalibrate as req
Check for any air leaks on complete line, repair as req
Check for any oil leaks on line, repair as req
Check extruder gearbox levels, fill as req
Check auger gearbox levels, fill as req
Verify proper operation of screenchangers-leaks
Verify winder proximity switches are working, repair as req
Verify position/operation of chuck proximity switches
Verify belt conditions and alignment
Check spindles for damage, wear and function, repair as req
Check winder gearboxes and couplings for wear, repair as req
Check grinder, repair as req
Check rotator heats, verify correct temp, repair as req
Check die and rotator electrical connnection, repair as req
Check air ring hoses, repair/replace as req
Check ibc hoses, repair/replace as req
Check idler rollers from winder to tower, repair as req
Check tower nip gearbox, chain, belt, sprockets, repair as req
Check condition of tower nip and winder nip, repair as req
If an item requires repair and needs to be scheduled, enter it as a separate work order so it can be addressed in a timely matter. if it is a safety concern, shut equipment down and repair immediately. either way enter repair work order # in the space above and explain in comments what was done
