Terms & Conditions

- Each Promotion is a limited-time offer and may be subject to availability.
- You are of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence at the time of your participation in a Promotion. In most jurisdictions, this age is at least 18 years old or older, but if the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction is higher, you represent that you meet that legal age requirement.
- Promotions are not valid for cash or cash equivalents.
- Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases or subscriptions and may not be combined with other offers.
- Promotions are non-transferable and may not be resold, auctioned, bartered, leased or exchanged.
- Unless otherwise stated, the offer is limited to one per person.
- To qualify for an offer, you must be directly responsible for evaluating or making business decisions regarding your company's use or purchase of MaintainX products and services.
- If you qualify for an offer, we will contact you via the email address provided.
- If you violate any of these Promo Terms or any other terms communicated with the Promotion, the Promotion will be invalid.
- Promotions are void where prohibited by applicable law.
- You are responsible for any taxes, duties, and/or fees associated with receiving or using an item or service in connection with a Promotion.
- MaintainX reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion or any terms or conditions applicable to the Promotion, in its sole discretion, at any time and without any notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, for technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, or if MaintainX suspects or determines your actions with respect to any Promotion involve fraud, abuse, or bad faith. MaintainX shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any Promotion or any failure or inability on your part to take advantage of a Promotion for any reason.
- By submitting any content as part of any Promotion, you grant MaintainX a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, copy, transmit, publish, translate, create derivative forms, distribute and display your submission and content in any media formats including both paid and owned media channels, for any lawful purpose on a global basis, including without limitation, for promotion, publicity, and advertising purposes.
- MaintainX is not responsible for any differences in conversion rates or any resulting changes in the value of your promotional credit based on the currency of the Promotion or means of redemption.
- MaintainX is not responsible for any technical issues, or other technical or human errors that may affect the operation or outcome of any Promotion.
- Employees, contractors, and other agents of MaintainX and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in any Promotion.
- Employees of government entities, government-controlled entities, or government-owned entities are not eligible to participate in any Promotion.
- If any provision of these Promo Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Authentification unique
The following additional terms and conditions supplement these Promo Terms in connection with MaintainX "CMMS Satisfaction" Promotion.
To qualify for a gift card:
1. You must:
a. Be employed in a maintenance, repair, or operations or maintenance management role at a US or Canadian manufacturing or facilities site with 10 or more full-time employees; and
b. Complete the questionnaire linked from the "CMMS Satisfaction" promotion landing page on or before July 01, 2025; and
c. Provide a real name and work email in the questionnaire linked from the “CMMS Satisfaction” promotion landing page; and
2. Your employer must be a current customer of one of the following CMMS platforms:
- Fiix
- Limble
- Hippo
- eMaint
- SAP
- Tractian
- UpKeep
- Maximo
- JDE / Oracle
- This Promotion is limited to one (1) per person.
- Current MaintainX customers (or employees or contractors of current MaintainX customers) are not eligible for this promotion.
- Qualifying persons will receive an email from MaintainX within twenty (20) business days of completing the questionnaire containing instructions on how to redeem their USD$100 Uber Eats gift card to be used only in the United States or Canada.
- Disqualified entries will be entered to win one of 25 $100 Uber Eats gift cards. Current customers are not eligible for this giveaway. Winners will be announced by June 30, 2025.
2. "Gift with Webinar” Promotions Rules and Limitations
The following additional terms and conditions supplement these Promo Terms in connection with MaintainX "Gift with Webinar" Promotion.
To qualify for a Stanley tumbler:
1. You must:
a. Be employed in maintenance, facilities, operations, or a related field and be involved in the decision-making process for purchasing CMMS at your organization, as determined by a MaintainX representative in their sole discretion.
b. Register for the event with your work email through the event promotion page
c. Reside in the US or Canada
d. Have watched at least 85% of the webinar you’ve registered for via the promotion landing page
2. You must have watched 85% of one of the following eligible promotion webinars on or before July 1, 2025:
- MX Masterclass: AI-Powered Maintenance Strategies, originally aired Mar 25, 2025
- The State of Industrial Maintenance 2025: From firefighting to future-proofing, originally aired May 21, 2025
- Standardization Webinar, originally aired May 25, 2025
- This Promotion is limited to one (1) per person.
- Current MaintainX customers (or employees or contractors of current MaintainX customers) are not eligible for this promotion.
- Qualifying persons will receive an email from MaintainX within twenty (20) business days of completing the webinar containing instructions on how to redeem their Stanley product.
- Delays may occur due to limited stock. MaintainX will deliver your Stanley cup as soon as reasonably practicable.
- This Promotion is while supplies last. MaintainX may suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time.
- No swapping, exchanging, of product for another product or cash is permitted without MaintainX’s approval, which may be withheld in MaintainX’s sole discretion.
- MaintainX will not be responsible for any products damaged during shipping.
