Initial Setup
Turn on LED lights using labeled remotes and replace them in the Modelo cantarito pot.
Bar and Register Preparation
Count the beginning bank for the main register, ensuring there is $250 to start.
Inform MOD if either bank needs small change.
Ice and Beverage Preparation
Fill bar ice well with 5 buckets, and the server well with 1 ½ buckets.
Food and Garnish Preparation
Make sure all red/green sauce bottles are full and backed up for service.
