Opening Calle 75 Taco Shop

This procedure outlines the daily opening tasks for Calle 75 Taco Shop, including setting up lighting, preparing the bar and register, organizing ice and beverages, arranging food and garnishes, setting up the dining and bar areas, and performing final checks to ensure readiness for service.

    Initial Setup

    Turn on LED lights using labeled remotes and replace them in the Modelo cantarito pot.

    Bar and Register Preparation

    Count the beginning bank for the main register, ensuring there is $250 to start.

    Inform MOD if either bank needs small change.
