Record the intake filter maintenance gauge. If gauge reads -30 or greater, submit a corrective WO request to inspect, replace the air filter.

Inspect the oil level on the front glass.

• If high, submit a corrective WO request to drain oil.

• If within range, no changes.

• If low, submit a corrective WO request to add oil.

Inspect discharge assembly and hood (cover).

• Inspect the base support and pipe connection for cracks, tears, misaligned, or loose components. Submit a corrective WO request if needed.

• Inspect the hood frame for damage or misalignment. Submit a corrective WO request if needed.

Record the air flow meter. Measurement is the reading at the top of the float.

• Inspect the pipe connections for cracks, tears, misaligned, or loose components. Submit a corrective WO request if needed.

• Inspect the frame, exterior glass, and interior glass for damage or misalignment. Submit a corrective WO request if needed.

Inspect the pump CP-1.

• Wipe away or vacuum dirt from drive housing, liquid handling assembly, and storage cabinet.

• Inspect the cabinet, mounts, and drive housing for cracks, leaks, or other damage. Inspect and tighten loose fasteners, anchors, and bolts. Submit a corrective WO request if needed.

• Inspect the liquid handling assembly and tubing for clogs, cracks, leaks, or other damage. Submit a corrective WO request if needed.

Inspect the tank and plumbing.

• Inspect the tank exterior for any visible leaks, cracking, blistering. Include the roof, walls, connections, and fittings. Submit a corrective WO request if needed.

• Inspect the plumbing, chemical lines, calibration column, valves, unions for leaks, cracks, abrasion, other physical damage. Include all plumbing from the tank to the pump and to the injection valve. Submit a corrective WO request if needed.

Inspect the pumps, motors, mixers.

• Wipe away or vacuum dirt from the pumps, gear boxes, and motors.

• Inspect and tighten loose fasteners, anchors, bolts, hardware.

• Inspect for unusual running noises, vibrations, cracks, liquid leaks, temperature.

• Inspect the motors and pumps for running rough or slow.

• Submit a corrective WO request if needed.

Inspect the gearboxes.

• Inspect the gear boxes for unusual running noises or vibrations. Inspect and tighten loose fasteners, anchors, and bolts. Submit a corrective WO request if needed.

• Inspect for leaks. Check for escaping gear oil, traces of oil on the exterior or underneath the unit. Inspect radial shaft seals, cover caps, screw fittings, and housing joint.

• If leaks suspected, wipe down the unit and check the oil level. Check the oil level again in 24 hrs. If oil is dripping, submit a corrective WO request for leak repairs. Use only MOBIL 600 XP 200 oil.

Inspect the tanks and plumbing.

• Wipe away or vacuum dirt from the tanks.

• Inspect the tank exterior for any visible leaks, cracking, blistering. Include the roof, walls, connections, and fittings.

• Inspect the plumbing, air lines, chemical lines, water lines, calibration columns, valves, unions for leaks, cracks, abrasion, other physical damage. Include all plumbing from the tanks to the pumps and to the injection valves.

• Submit a corrective WO request if needed.

Inspect the DAF-Sludge and Sludge-Press pumps 4 and 5.

• Wipe away or vacuum dirt from the pumps.

• Inspect and tighten loose fasteners, anchors, bolts, hardware.

• Inspect for unusual running noises, vibrations, cracks, liquid leaks, temperature.

• Inspect the motors and pumps for running rough or slow.

• Inspect air regulators, cutoffs, gauges, air lines, fittings, valves for leaks, unusual wear, and moisture.

• Submit a corrective WO request if needed.

Inspect the tank and plumbing.

• Wipe away or vacuum dirt from the tank.

• Inspect the tank exterior for any visible leaks, cracking, blistering. Include the roof, walls, connections, and fittings.

• Inspect the plumbing, sludge lines, valves for leaks, cracks, abrasion, other physical damage. Include all plumbing from the DAF blowdown to the sludge tank to the filter press. Include plumbing under the sludge tank.

• Submit a corrective WO request if needed.

Inspect EQ-DAF flow meter and assembly.

• Wipe away or vacuum dirt from the flow meter and valves.

• Inspect valves, unions, seals for leaks, cracks, abrasion, other physical damage.

• Inspect air regulator, cutoffs, gauges, air lines, fittings, valves for leaks, unusual wear, and moisture.

• Submit a corrective WO request if needed.

Inspect DAF-City pumps 6 and 7.

• Wipe away or vacuum dirt from the pumps and motors. Inspect for physical damage. Inspect and tighten loose fasteners, anchors, bolts, hardware.

• Inspect for unusual running noises, vibrations, cracks, liquid leaks, temperature, running rough, running slow.

• Inspect the ground around pumps and plumbing. Look for visible signs of leakage or damage. Clean up debris. Sweep or vacuum to clean the area.

• Submit a corrective WO request if needed.

Inspect Pit-EQ pumps 8 and 9.

• Wipe away or vacuum dirt from the pumps and motors. Inspect for physical damage. Inspect and tighten loose fasteners, anchors, bolts, hardware.

• Inspect for unusual running noises, vibrations, cracks, lubricant or water leaks, temperature, running rough, running slow. Inspect seal lubricant and bearing lubricant levels.

• Inspect the ground around pumps and plumbing. Look for visible signs of leakage or damage. Clean up debris. Sweep or vacuum to clean the area.

• Submit a corrective WO request if needed.

Inspect EQ-DAF pumps 2 and 3.

• Wipe away or vacuum dirt from the pumps and motors. Inspect for physical damage. Inspect and tighten loose fasteners, anchors, bolts, hardware.

• Inspect for unusual running noises, vibrations, cracks, lubricant or water leaks, temperature, running rough, running slow. Inspect seal lubricant and bearing lubricant levels.

• Inspect the ground around pumps and plumbing. Look for visible signs of leakage or damage. Clean up debris. Sweep or vacuum to clean the area.

• Submit a corrective WO request if needed.

Inspect Shaker - Pits - Reclaimer flow meter and assembly.

• Wipe away or vacuum dirt from the flow meter and valves.

• Inspect valves, unions, seals for leaks, cracks, abrasion, other physical damage.

• Inspect air regulator, cutoffs, gauges, air lines, fittings, valves for leaks, unusual wear, and moisture.

• Submit a corrective WO request if needed.

Inspect Washer-Shaker and Pits-Reclaimer pumps 5, 6, 7.

• Wipe away or vacuum dirt from the pumps and motors. Inspect for physical damage. Inspect and tighten loose fasteners, anchors, bolts, hardware.

• Inspect for unusual running noises, vibrations, cracks, lubricant or water leaks, temperature, running rough, running slow.

• Inspect the ground around pumps and plumbing. Look for visible signs of leakage or damage. Clean up debris. Sweep or vacuum to clean the area.

• Submit a corrective WO request if needed.
