Oven Line 2 Preventive Maintenance
Inspect, lubricate, clean and repair any foundings
Procedure Max Score: 19
Inspect and tight all chains, bearings, rollers
Lubricate all chains, bearings and moving parts using high temp. Lubricants
Top automatic oiler with high temp oil
Clean/ replace air filter intake (orange)
Clean with air all electrical controls
inspect, lubricate, and adjust pre and post conveyors
Inspect and tight all plates (4 bolts per plate)
Check drive belt motor on top of the oven and lubricate bearings
Test oven operation
