Blow Out Coolers. Every 125 hrs. check for dirt accumulation on oil/aftercooler core faces and cooling fan. Clean the exterior fin surfaces of the cores by blowing compressed air carrying a nonflammable safety solvent in a direction opposite that of the cooling fan air flow.
Each day, or after every eight hours of use check if condensate is discharged during operation.
Change Oil at 8,000 hours of use.
Grease the bearings every 4,000 hours. Be sure to inspect the bearings at quarterly intervals between each greasing to ensure they remain sufficiently lubricated.
Inspect the Amps on a weekly basis
Inspect the Vibration on a weekly basis
Inspect the intake vents weekly and clean them when necessary.
Inspect the Voltage on a weekly basis
