Use this checklist to help you conduct basic walkthrough inspections of the facility to make sure that all essential equipment is working properly and that there are fuel release response supplies on hand.

    Is the tank system free of visual signs of damage (cracks, dents, corrosion or leakage):

    Tank exterior – including small cracks in concrete exterior or rusting on steel components?
