Camera Procedure

This procedure can help you with the maintenance of your camera. Ensuring that your camera is well maintained can avoid missing out on capturing those special moments with your camera.

Camera Preventative Maintenance

Check for scratches or broken\damaged dome.
Dilute Simple Green with water in a spray bottle. About 1 oz. Simple Green cleaner per 1 quart of water
Spray diluted Simple Green onto a multi-purpose terry towel and clean camera housing.
Spray Perfect Glass onto a microfiber cloth and clean camera dome
Use dry part of microfiber cloth to clean excess Perfect Glass on dome
If the camera housing has a lot of dust/debris on it. Use a moist terry towel and wipe it down to clean the housing.
If the camera is in a housing, open the housing check and clean any dirt and debris and clean the inside and outside glass.
