PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN SECTION
FRAME INSPECTION
Notes
Ensure all parts are included in traction box with unit; black barrel spacer with hardware, 2 wheels, 1" cushion plate, 2" cushion plate, and actuator spacer
Ensure hand adjustment knob is installed and operates correctly
Ensure both trays and frame are straight and evenly spaced
Ensure both adjustment tray drawers slide in and out smoothly and effortlessly
Ensure both trays are free of all debris
Ensure proper coverage of powder coat throughout the entire frame
Ensure no visible scratches, chips, or dents
Ensure welding is done smooth and strong
Ensure mounting holes are big enough and are free from powder-coat and protruding burrs
Ensure all nuts and bolts are tight/torqued and there is no loose or missing hardware
Ensure proper orientation of CPU board and that all 4 plastic stand off pins are installed
IN-PROCESS TESTING OF ACTUATOR BEFORE INSTALL
