Monthly Vehicle Inspection
This monthly vehicle inspection will help you avoid the usual wear and tear of your vehicle.
Date of inspection
Fuel level
Engine oil level
Battery - fully charged; no exposed wires; plug connection not loose, worn or dirty
Water/Coolant level - open radiator cap to see fluid level
Wheels and tires - check for wear, damage, and air pressure
Fluid leaks - no damp spots or drips
Seatbelt - belts and restraints work properly
Foot brake - pedal holds, unit stops smoothly
Parking brake - holds against acceleration
Dash control panel - all lights and gauges are operational
Horn - working and loud enough to be heard in working environment
Back-up alarm and other warning devices are operational
Lights - headlights and warning lights are operational
