VERIFICA PERDITE LIQUIDO REFRIGERANTE
collegare all'impianto della pressa portando l'impianto in pressione e verificare che non ci siano perdite. In caso di perdita, se è npossibile, provvedere alla riparazione del componente difettoso
LAVAGGIO A MANO
lavare con sgrassatore figura, piano della fusione e piastre guida
CONTROLLO CARICA NOMINALE AZOTO
verificare che i pannelli di controllo riportino il valore nominale di carica prima di scaricare l'impianto, in caso contrario accertarsi che non ci siano perdite
SCARICARE AZOTO PREMENTI
accertarsi del libero movimento in caduta dei prementi
PULIZIA LAME DI IMBUTITURA
pulire le lame utilizzando la spazzola di acciaio con l'ausilio di una smerigliatrice, dopo passare carta seppia 600 sui raggi
VERIFICA INTEGRITA' E/O SOSTITUZIONE PERNI DI RIFERIMENTO
Smontare, pulire, verificare integrità, ingarssare la parte filettata e rimontare
SMONTARE LE BANDIERINE DI RIFERIMENTO E/O SENSORI DI PRESENZA PEZZO
prima dello smontaggio controllare se le bandierine sono vincolate da spina di riferimento o altro vincolo, smontare, verifica normale funzionamento e pulire
VERIFICA INTEGRITA` LAME IMBUTITURA
verificare visivamente se sono presenti crepe da rottura o ammaccature
VERIFICA PUNZONI DI FOORATURA, MATRICI E LAME DI TRANCIA (se presenti)
verificare l'integrità dei punzoni, matrici e lame di trancia. In caso di usura eccessiva sostituire.
VERIFICA FISSAGGI PIASTRE GUIDA STAMPO
controllare se le viti di fissaggio sono ben serrate
VERIFICA FUNZIONAMENTO E INTEGRITA` SOLLEVATORI
collegare la pompa idraulica per verificare il corretto funzionamento di salita e discesa e verificare la mobilita tra le lame
VERIFICA FUNZIONAMENTO LAME MOBILE (se presenti)
collegare la pompa idraulica per verificare il corretto funzionamento in salita e discesa
VERIFICA INTEGRITA' INNESTI RAPIDI ACQUA
pulire e verificare il corretto funzionamento
VERIFICA INTEGRITA' INNESTI RAPIDI OLIO
pulire e verificare il corretto funzionamento
RIMONTARE LE BANDIERINE DI RIFERIMENTO E/O SENSORI DI PRESENZA PEZZO
pulire e verificare il libero movimento del balconcino se presente
VERIFICA PERDITE LIQUIDO REFRIGERANTE
in caso di intervento come da punto 1 verificare l'esito positivo della riparazione collegando lo stampo all'impianto della pressa
VERIFICA INTEGRITA' E RICARICA IMPIANTO AZOTO
