Baghouse Magnehelic Gauge - Check for proper pressure drop and record reading(Revisar por baja de presion correcta y reporte la lectura)
Baghouse Pulse Jets
Check compressed air and proper function (Revisar aire comprimido y funcion correcta)
Baghouse Discharge System
Check for proper removal of fines from hopper (Revisar que el sistema este removiendo correctamente polvos del hopper)
Baghouse General
Check for abnormal dusting or cleaning cycle (Revisar abnormalidades con polvo or el ciclo de limpieza)
Pinch Tubes
Clamping down firmly at bagging station (Asegurarse que los ductos esten correctamente conectados al systema)
Local Exhaust Duct Work
Check for proper capture velocity (Revisar que la velocidad de recoleccion sea la correcta)
Reclaim System
Check for proper removal of spilled material (Revisar que el material sea removido por el sistema)
General Dilution Ventilation
Check Wall/Celling/Area fans for proper operation and orientation (Revisar los ventiladores de Pared/Techo/y Area para asegurarse de su funcionamiento)
Baghouse Visible Emissions
Check for visible emissions escaping baghouse. If observed, shut down equipment and notify maintenance immediately (Revisar por emissiones visibles escapandose del sistema. Si se observa polvo, apagar el equipo y notificar a mantenimiento inmediatamente)
Opacity Level at time of inspection
Opacity reading at time of inspection. Any opacity greater than 10% should be immediately notified to supervisor to schedule maintenance. Any opacity greater than 20% requires immediate shutdown of equipment until repaired is made. (Lectura de opacidad durante la inspeccion. Si es mayor que 10%, se necesita notificar a un supervisor inmediatamente. Si la opacidad es mayor de 20% el equipo tiene que ser apagado inmediatamente hasta que se repare)
