Scotsman Prodigy Flaked and Nugget Ice Machines (291-845) Planned Maintenance

Use this checklist for the service procedure and maintenance of your Ice Thickness Sensor. During use the Ice Thickness Sensor will become coated with mineral scale from the water, which if left untreated can cause changes in bridge thickness.
