    GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • All Medical Marijuana (MMJ) facilities must be pre-approved for a Business License before applying for a construction or tenant improvement permit.

    • In addition to this Checklist, a fully completed Development Services Permit Application and project plans shall be submitted to the Long Beach Development Permit Center. All sheet(s) of the plan(s) shall be stamped and signed by a professional engineer or architect before submittal.

      • Did you include the type and quantity of MMJ products for dispensation, cultivation, manufacture, and testing in your Business License Application?
