Is stormwater discharge occuring?
if the answer is "oneOf [No]"
Inspect all liquid storage tanks, material processing areas, and loading/unloading areas for possible stormwater contamination
Vehicle Fueling Area
Verify that spilled fuel has been removed, that fueling operations are being conducted under roof, and that exposure to stormwater has been minimized
Inspect stormwater drainage areas for oil sheen, sediment accumulation, or obstructions
Inspect the overall condition of the plant
Identify any noncompliance items
Summarize results and follow-up items
Date that follow-up items were complete (must be within 30 days of inspection)
