Inspect belt for integrity and proper tension. Ensure belt tracks correctly adjust as necessary
Inspect overall mechanical and electrical component integrity. Tighten as required.
Inspect chain and sprockets for wear, alignment and proper tension. Adjust or replace as necessary.
Inspect bearings, rollers, motor and gear reducer for integrity.
Verify Photo Eyes are working properly. (Light on back of should turn off when sensor is blocked and back on when unblocked)
