Foam monthly Verfication

This procedure outlines the monthly verification of the foaming dispenser, confirming that each chemical is delivered within the required ±5% tolerance. It guides the maintenance technician through recording three weights each for water, catalyst, polyol, isocyanate, and graphite on the foaming log (BUF-R015), confirming all weights are within tolerance, signing, and turning the process back over to production.
