Hydro Jetting Quarterly Preventive Maintenance

This procedure outlines the steps for quarterly hydro jetting of all plumbing mains and cleanouts throughout the facility. It includes preparation, execution, and post-procedure tasks to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance.

    Preparation

    Identify the frequency needs of your facility (Minium of twice a year to include one video copy once a year )

    Hydro Jetting Process

    Ensure to identify all mains and cleanouts to be hydro jetted prior to the Plumbers coming on site

    Did you request a video copy of the pipes (required once a year attach to PM)

    Was the hydro jetting process completed successfully?

    Post-Procedure Tasks

    Is additional cleaning required?

    Notes on any issues encountered during the procedure

    Finalization

    Technician's signature to confirm completion
