This procedure outlines the daily inspection of the Speed Check cart dumper to confirm it is safe and ready for operation before use. It guides the operator through checking the hydraulic oil, control buttons, component condition, hydraulic leaks, and safety signs and devices.

Cart Dumper Daily

Check hydraulic oil. Fill to proper level when necessary.
Check all control buttons to ensure that they are functioning correctly.
Inspect all components for damage or wear.
Inspect Hydraulic system for leaks.
Replace any damaged or worn SAFETY SIGNS and DEVICES on the floor and on the unit.
