TURNING COOLING WATER ON TO SILO'S #201, 202, 203 IN THE SPRING

    ENSURE THAT THE 4 DRAIN VALVES ARE CLOSED

    SLOWLY OPEN EACH SUPPLY LINE WHEN YOU HERE IT EQUALIZE OPEN THE VALVE UP 100% THERER ARE 3 SUPPLY LINES

    OPEN THE BY PASS VALVE

    EACH SUPPLY LINE HAS A TRIAC ACTUATOR, AFTER MANUAL SUPPLY VALVES ARE OPENED GET WITH PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR AND MAKE SURE EACH ACTUATOR FUNCTIONS

    WALK AROUND EACH SILO OUT SIDE AND INSPECT THE COOLING JACKETS FOR LEAKS ONCE COOLING VALVES ARE OPEN
