Delivery Checklist. This checklist is to be completed with the customer at time of delivery. Notify customer that this checklist is completed to ensure they are familiar with the vehicle and it's basic components and ensure there are no obvious issues at time of delivery. Gateway Bronco is dedicated to ensuring everyone receives the Best Customer Service and buying experience in the industry, from beginning to end. This includes delivery and continued support after delivery.
Initial Walk Around, Inspection
Drive Check: Driver will take customer for a drive and explain intricacies of driving these unique vehicles. Demonstrate steering, accelerating and braking under normal conditions. At some point comfortable to both driver and customer, switch places. Let the customer drive the vehicle back to delivery location. Give guidance as necessary to help customer gain confidence in themselves and the vehicle. Once back at delivery location ask if they have any questions or concerns and document below.
