Ensure Plan is prepared according to industry standards
Facility Qualification Criteria
Is the aggregate aboveground oil storage capacity 10,000 U.S. gallons or less?
Has the facility had no single discharge exceeding 1,000 U.S. gallons in the past three years?
Is there no individual oil storage container with a capacity greater than 5,000 U.S. gallons?
