Check unit operation prior to inspection
Capture/notate data plate (model #, serial #)
Add or drag pictures
Check wall plug for damage when unplugged
Photo of coils/filter before cleaning
Add or drag pictures
Photos of coil/filter after cleaning
Add or drag pictures
Check compressor amps (If accessible)
Check CFM amps (if accessible)
Check refrigerant levels (if applicable)
Check units gaskets / hardware
Temp inside unit
Thermostat is working
Compressor run temp
CFM run temp
