Lights & Signals
Check Head Lights
Check high & low beams
Check Tail Lights
Tail, Break & Reverse Light operation.
Signal & Hazzard Light
Check Marker & License Plate Light
Box & Cab Interior Lights
Engine Compartment
Drain & Refill Engine Oil
Change Oil Filter, Fuel Filter, Engine & Cab
Inspect all fluid levels
Coolant, Engine, Transmission, Break, Power Steering, Washer Fluid
Inspect Motor Mounts
Inspect Fan, Belts & Hoses
Inspect for wear and fraying or excessive damage
Inspect Alternator & Starter
Inspecting for loose wires, corrosion & damage
Inspect Steering Shaft & Components as well as King Pin Play
Inspecting for wear & greasing if needed
Inspect All Hoses & Cables For Damage (e.g Fuel, Cooling Systems & Wiring harnesses)
Cab & Box Body Condition (Inside & Out)
Inspect Outside Of Unit For New Damage
Inspecting for cracks, and damage to any light casing, hood, body, or tires. wiper blades/arm function correctly
Check Reflective Tape & Markers
Cab Condition
Inspect seat and dash condition for damage and over wear
Inspect Box Body (Inside & Out) & Box Frame U-bolts
Inspect for holes, scrapes, & gouges on the box body Inspect the Inside of the box as well as inspect & grease the rear door rollers or hinges. Inspecting U-bolts for tension and condition
Check Horn & Wiper Blade Operation
Inspect Bumpers, Hood, Mirror's & Windows
Undercarriage (Suspension, Tires, Batteries, Drivetrain & Lift Gate operation)
Battery's, Cable & Battery Box condition
Inspect Suspension (Shocks, Strut, Springs & Airbags)
inspecting for slop, play or damage
Check Hub Levels & Inspect Wheel Seals
Tire Pleasures Tread Depth
Wheel & Tire Conditions
Mud Flap & Bracket Condition
Wheel Nuts
Check Wheel Barring Play
Inspect Body & Frame ( Mounts, U-bolts, Crossmembers)
Transmission & Differential Oil Condition & Level
Check Transmission Mount
Drive Shaft U-joint Condition & Greasing If Needed
Inspecting u-joints for play and dry to touch ( no grease present ) unless non-serviceable u-joints
Check Lift Gate Operation
Grease Whole unit & Lubricate Pivot Points
