Annual Bobcat Maintenance
This procedure covers the annual maintenance of a Bobcat loader, including checking the drive belt, the interlock control system and the battery connections. It also covers replacing the engine oil, hydraulic fluid and filters, final drive fluid, fuel filters and coolant, and cleaning the heater coil, the AC evaporator and the plenum drain.
Accessory Drive Belt (Check condition. Replace as needed)
Bobcat Interlock Control System (Check the function of the lift arm bypass control)
Battery (Check cables and connections)
Engine Oil and Filter (Replace oil and filter element)
Hydraulic Filters (Replace the hydraulic main, case drain, and charge filters)
Hydraulic Reservoir (Replace the fluid and reservoir vent filter)
Final Drive Transmissions (Replace the fluid)
Heater Coil and Air Conditioning Evaporator (Clean the heater coil and air conditioning evaporator. Clean the plenum drain)
Fuel System (Replace fuel pre-filter and element and fuel tank vent filter)
Coolant (Replace the coolant every 1500 hours or every 24 months)
