    Machine Observations

    Remove and clean burner tubes. Inspect tubes for damage to the holes. replace tubes if there is any damage to the holes.

    Check for leaks in the gas train. Test that all gas valves are not leaking by.

    Test all safety switches and thermostats. Replace any safety switches or thermostats that are broken

    Adjust the gas and air pressure. Adjust the firing rate. Use a flue gas analyzer to ensure proper tuning. LOTO will have to be removed and must be running to verify burner is working properly after adjustment. Make sure to apply LOTO for additional adjustments after testing burner.
