Daily Checklist for Security Services

Interior perimeter check

Checking all doors / bathroom

Checking all classrooms

Review cameras to make sure no movement inside and outside the building

Check all windows

Check security gates and keypads to enter building (has been an ongoing issue where they stop working if there is a power surge; just happened today too)

Before students / staff arrive

Morning arrival (7-8:30)

One in the front

Second doing constant patrol, especially monitoring kids in the back (7:30 am 7:50 am) - if two are deployed.

Routine inspection / walking around the building to look for any wanderers

Radio checks at 7:45 am - 8:00 am

Once kids have settled (8:30)

Lunch / recess time

One of them should be stationed in the back on the hill; the other one in the front and/or patrolling the perimeter

Four radio checks (Recess 1, 2, 3, and 4)

Dhuhr time

Second of them stationed at the sisters entrance

One of them should do a couple of rounds around the perimeter to make sure no one entering from any other doors

One of them stationed in the front by the brothers side - armed one

Dismissal time (3 pm - 4:15 pm)

After-school (4:15 pm- 5 pm)

Students are only allowed in study hall with their monitors

Increased patrol and watching of cameras outside and inside the property to make sure students are not where they should not be and are safe

Lot of parents / community members are coming in and out during that time

Radio checks with study hall monitors.

Implement sign in sheet for all guests and send at the end of the day the security manage

Monitor all access control entry and send updates and any suspicion activity, to the property manager

Stationed in the front, watching the camera on the sisters side and other entrances to the building

Complete walk through / inspection of property right after Salaah to make sure no one is left behind and in the rooms

Walk around to make sure all classroom doors are locked

Closing inspection / walkthrough

Open up all bathroom stalls to make sure no one there

Check all exit doors

Ensure all lights are turned off

Ensure all cameras are functioning

Check all classroom, bathrooms, doors, windows locked
