Perform maintenance regularly to ensure extended life and reliable performance of your bagging systems.

    All hazardous energy has been isolated using LOTO procedures?

    All potential stored or residual energy has been relieved, disconnected, restrained, lowered, and/or otherwise rendered safe?

    Inspect overall machine for integrity. ensure all cable connections are tight.

    Inspect Heater Bar and Sealer Bar for build up, check teflon for burn spots

    Rotate Heater Bar Teflon sheet if necessary if no longer rotates replace. if teflon tape is burnt, replace.

    Clean Funnel and seal area

    Inspect picks

    verify each block has a pick and they are sharp. Dull pick will not catch towels

    Inspect Perf Sensor for dirt buildup

    If dirty move a thin abrasive pad between sensor and finger until sensor is clean (and remove shine)

    Inspect bag out sensor for cleanliness

    Inspect all rollers for cleanliness and for noise level.

    use scotch brite pad to clean aluminum rollers as necessary.
