Reclaim Check (InnovateIT)

A procedure for inspecting and verifying the performance of the InnovateIT reclaim system to ensure it is operating efficiently and recovering materials or resources as intended. The process includes checking system components for wear, damage, or blockages; confirming that pumps, filters, and conveyors are functioning properly; verifying calibration and control settings; monitoring flow rates and recovery efficiency; and inspecting safety devices to ensure they are in place and operational. This check is performed at scheduled intervals or whenever system performance issues are detected. All findings are recorded, and any deficiencies must be corrected before the system is returned to service.
