HPP Cart and Basket Inspection

This procedure outlines the steps for inspecting and lubricating HPP carts and baskets, including caster checks, wheel function, structural condition, and damage inspection. It helps ensure the carts and baskets remain safe, functional, and in good working condition.

    Grease Casters

    Do all basket support wheels spin freely

    Are all basket support wheels Bolts tights.

    Is basket stop working properly and not bent?

    Are there any broken Welds on the HPP Cart?

    Are there any sharp welds or edges?

    if the answer is "oneOf [Yes]"

    Grind down the sharp edges with a grinder.

    Inspect all baskets for damage, Repair damage as needed.
