A preventive maintenance checklist helps to identify maintenance actions on equipment to maintain it in good conditions and to improve plant reliability

    Check hot water unit #1 - record temperature

    Check hot water unit #2 - record temperature

    Walk through upper carpark, check for rubbish near recycle bins to sort out later. Looking for cobwebs and things not right. Quite often there are water leaks.

    Check hot water unit #1 - record temperature

    Check hot water unit #2 - record temperature

    Put key back in cleaner's cupboard - check number of toilet rolls

    Check number of paper hand towel
