Thunderbolt Lock System Installation

This procedure outlines the steps for installing the Thunderbolt Lock System, including parts verification, lock actuator and locking bar installation, cable and wiring setup, and final checks to ensure proper functionality.

    Parts Verification

    Ensure all parts are available for installation

    Lock Actuator Installation

    Mount the lock actuator 60 inches from the floor to the bottom of the lock module on the driver's side rear wall right side of the van body up light.

    Locking Bar Installation

    Mount the locking bar 54.5 inches from the floor to the centerline of the locking bar of the right-hand door rail.

    Adjust the locking bar position if necessary based on the door installed.

    Cable and Wiring Installation

    Final Checks

    Verify the lock system is functioning correctly.
