Regular maintenance can help ensure your roller runs smoothly all season long. These roller maintenance steps are here to help you protect your investment.

All hazardous energy has been isolated using LOTO procedures?
All potential stored or residual energy has been relieved, disconnected, restrained, lowered, and/or otherwise rendered safe?

LOTO PERFORMED
Machine Observation
Check plastic bearings for wear and replace if necessary
Check conveyor belts for wear
Check all mechanical parts
Check electrical system - buttons, sensors & wiring
Clean moving parts (brushes, etc.) with vacuum or compressed air
Clean light curtain
Clean Mat Sensor
g Open rear safety panel— remove all dirt & debris
Run machine - Listen for unusual noise, particularly around all guarding. Feel machine for vibration.
Check that the inlet conveyor belts are running properly - adjust if necessary, Use LOTO if correction is needed
Test E-Stop, Lightguard, Start Button, Indicator Lights, back-door interlock & Counter are all operational
Listen for air leaks in lines, cylinder, regulator, filter, solenoid
